Go to "My account" in the header and click "Change password". Enter the current password and a new password of your choice. Then confirm by clicking "Save password".
The password can also be reset without being logged in. Simply click "Log in" and "Request now!" next to "Forgotten your password?". Subsequently enter your email address and confirm with "Request new password".
Go to "My account" in the header and click "My account overview". Then go to "Change email address" under the settings on the left. Enter your changed email address and the current password. Then confirm by clicking "Change email address".
Simply go to "My account" in the header. You can manage your specified address under the item "Manage addresses". Use the field "Change address" with the pencil to change an existing address. New addresses can be created via the button "+ new address".
Item / Product range
The matching accessories for the articles are shown on the respective item detail page. This makes it easy to put together the right devices quickly.
You can also click "Matching accessories" in the shopping cart under the respective item. All matching accessories are listed there.
You can choose from the following payment options:
- Invoice (7 days net, subject to positive credit rating. Not available in all countries)
- Credit card
- Instant bank transfer
Please only enter the document number that you received in the order confirmation or invoice as the reference. Other or additional details as the reference may result in your payment not being allocated to your order correctly or with a delay.
You will find the document numbers in the top right-hand corner of the order confirmation or invoice. These numbers start with the business year and a seven-digit number combination.
You can redeem a coupon in the shopping cart or at the very end of the ordering process. Please enter the coupon code in the field "Your coupon code". If all the requirements for the coupon are met, the amount of your order will be reduced accordingly.

Complaints & returns
