Motion Control

autosen’s Motion Control supplies sensors and evaluation devices for monitoring rotational speeds, pulses and vibrations. With the aid of permanent monitoring and the measured values, it is possible to maintain condition-oriented surveillance and plan maintenance and repair work. Rotational speed monitoring compares actual rotations with upper and lower thresholds. Pulse evaluation describes the combination of position sensors with pulse monitoring in order to register pulses, rotational speeds and stationary states in non-metallic objects. The vibration sensors monitor the overall vibration state of machines and plant.
