The most important questions
The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €5.55. From an order value of €50, we deliver free of charge. Different shipping costs may apply for deliveries abroad - you can find an overview in the checkout or on our shipping page.
On each item page, we show you the matching items directly under the "Matching accessories" tab. With just a few clicks, you can find exactly the right accessories for your chosen product. You also have the option of clicking on "Matching accessories" under the respective item in the shopping basket. All matching accessories are listed there.
Various payment methods are available to you at autosen - including purchase on account, PayPal, Stripe, credit card, direct debit, instant bank transfer and prepayment.
All items in stock are dispatched on the same day if the order is received by 2 pm. The standard delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days. Information on delivery times to other countries can be found in the checkout or in our dispatch area.
