Description
The AS006 vortex flow meter reliably measures the volume flow rate of water-based liquid media and has an integrated temperature measurement system. AS006 measures volume flow rates for a 0.9 to 15 l/min range. The sensor is an inline device with a DN 8 internal diameter and a G ½ external thread. The integrated PT1000 element measures the temperature of the medium between -25°C and +125°C. Both measured values are output as an analogue signal 4...20 mA. The electrical connection is carried out using a 3-pole M12 plug. The vortex measuring principle functions without any moving parts, which results in very low pressure loss, excellent measuring accuracy and low susceptibility to soiling. AS006 is suitable for drinking water lines, heating and cooling circuits as well as applications with deionised water and chemical solutions. The compact design enables quick and easy commissioning even in confined installation conditions.
