Description
Retro-reflective sensor from autosen with polarisation filter, M18x1 metal thread, dark-on mode The photoelectric sensor AO014 is a retro-reflective sensor used in combination with a reflector (autosen prismatic reflector AA950/AA951). The decisive advantage of a retro-reflective sensor with polarisation filter in combination with a prismatic reflector is that the probability of incorrect switching by highly reflective objects (e.g. reflective vests etc.) is minimised. The prismatic reflector focusses the light, turns it by 90° and then reflects it. The polarisation filter avoids that light beams other than those emitted by the sensor itself cause switching of the sensor. Even highly reflective metal objects can be detected since their reflection cannot pass the polarisation filter.Tried-and-tested millions of times in daily use.
