Description
Best photoelectric performance for recognising clear glass and detecting transparent objects with integrated function control output. The AO701 offers excellent repeatability, automatic switch point adjustment in case of soiling and a high switching frequency for fast processes. It has been specially design for detecting glass, films, PET bottles and transparent packaging.The AO701 is used in combination with a prismatic reflector as a retro-reflective sensor. Once set, the sensor detects transparent media using laser light. In harsh environments and in case of soiling, the switch point is adjusted automatically. The sensor automatically signals when cleaning is necessary. The high IP67 protection rating enables use in all typical standard factory automation applications.
