Description
Use the AR006 speed sensor to evaluate your speed. Underspeed and overspeed of rotating or linear movements are reliably detected. Speed monitoring is based on the inductive measuring principle. All metals can therefore be detected without physical contact and wear-free.The AR006 speed monitor has a sensing range of 12 mm and can optionally be operated in normally open or normally closed function. The setting range can conveniently be configured from 3 to 24,000 pulses per minute with a setting ring. The AR006 has two outputs so that the simple pulse train can be generated in parallel to the set switching point.
Adjustable start-up suppression prevents incorrect switching when starting the machine being checked. Clearly visible LEDs indicate the operating and switching status of the speed monitor. A locking function prevents unauthorised adjustment of the sensor operation.
The IO-Link interface facilitates convenient parameter setting for the sensor and provides additional information about the monitored speed: current speed, minimum/maximum speed and configurable switching points.
