The AO042 is a through-beam receiver. In combination with the AO041 transmitter, the through-beam sensor can reliably detect objects with a range of up to 25 metres. The transmitter emits powerful red light and ensures a high operating reserve. receiver has two antivalent switching outputs - the throughbeam sensor can thus be operated light-switching and/or dark-switching.
