Description

The through-beam sensor AO036 contains a complete set of optoelectronic emitter and receiver. It is characterised by its particularly compact cuboid design and is especially suitable for installation in confined spaces. Both units each have an LED as an indicator. The green LED indicates that the emitter is in operation. The yellow LED of the receiver indicates whether the light beam has been interrupted. The light or dark switching operating mode is selected via the electrical connection. Due to the lack of operating elements, the through-beam sensor is difficult to manipulate and offers an excellent price/performance ratio for simple applications in factory automation.
