Description

The AL901 photoelectric fork sensor impresses with its high level of precision when detecting the smallest objects. It is the best solution for the reliable and fast detection of the smallest objects with a very high excess gain. It can reliably detect objects above a size of 0.03 mm. This makes laser photoelectric fork sensors ideal for detecting the position and orientation of thin wires, drills or cannulas. Preferred areas of application are the detection of very small parts in assembly, handling and packaging technology as well as in quality control. Transparent films can also be detected if they are guided diagonally through the detection zone of the photoelectric fork sensor. The sensitivity setting and the output function can be conveniently adjusted via a potentiometer, which enables flexible and user-friendly handling.
