Description
The AO904 is a photoelectric fork sensor with a fork width of 120 mm. The measuring principle conforms to a through beam sensor with red light. Transmitter and receiver are permanently installed in the housing so that quick commissioning without alignment is possible. Thanks to the torsion-resistant metal housing, the photoelectric fork sensor functions perfectly even under a mechanical load and with fluctuating temperatures.Light/dark switching can be easily set with the rotary switch. A fine and precise light beam runs along the fork width, reliably detecting very narrow objects. The required sensitivity for such applications is set intuitively via a potentiometer. The photoelectric fork sensor is suitable even for very harsh operating conditions thanks to the high protection rating of IP67.
