AO022Mini Through-beam sensor with PA housing

Description

autosen AO022 is a transmitter intended for photoelectric through beam sensors. Light barriers are photoelectric systems designed for detecting the position of objects. They consist of two components housed in separate devices, the transmitter and the receiver. The matching receiver is AO023 from autosen. Both devices are perfectly attuned to one another and preset to ensure AO022 is immediately ready for use after installation. Both the transmitter and the receiver can communicate via IO-Link.

AO022 transmits visible red light with a maximum range of roughly 3m. The red light spot is easy to see on almost all surfaces and facilitates alignment of the transmitter. The slender cone of light is suitable for the reliable detection of the smallest objects.

The compact structural shape and the small housing of AO022 enable its installation in confined spaces. The device has a connecting cable with a fixed M8 plug. The two-wire PVC cable, measuring 2.9mm in diameter, is intended for power input of the sensor. The device is fitted with contact protection corresponding to the protection rating of IP67 and can be used in almost all ambient conditions.
