Description
The diffuse sensor AO034 is characterised by its particularly compact cuboid design and offers a cost-effective alternative to devices with metal housings. The diffuse sensor works with red light and detects objects up to 400 mm (referred to white paper 200x200 mm, 90% remission).Due to its compact design, the device is ideal for use in conveyor and handling technology and can be easily connected via an M8 plug-in connection. The PNP switching output can be switched between light and dark switching via the electrical wiring of pin2.
The diffuse sensor has no background suppression. For applications with high contrast or reflections in the background, a diffuse reflection sensor with reliable background suppression should be used.
