Description
The capacitive touch sensor AC954 with integrated symbol STOP is suitable as a start/stop sensor on machines when used in conjunction with the AC953 . Thanks to the high protection rating IP69K, the sensor can be used flexibly in almost all industrial environments - especially in wet zones, as it is able to ignore water. The sensor is only triggered by deliberate hand contact and reliably ignores splash and cleaning water. The operating functions and output signals (PNP/NPN, NO/NC) are freely programmable via IO-Link.In addition to its innovative design, the capacitive sensor is characterised above all by its reliable operation and extremely long service life. Use in harsh industrial environments is not a problem thanks to the high protection rating IP69K. The touch sensor is tested to a very high level of impact resistance in accordance with IK08 and is therefore vandal proof. Thanks to adaptive brightness, the luminosity automatically adjusts to the ambient brightness to ensure ideal visibility.
