Description

The AU102 is an all-metal ultrasonic sensor in a robust M18 design, developed for the high requirements in wet zones in the food and beverage industry as well as the chemical industry. The housing made of high-quality stainless steel and the high IP69K protection rating guarantee absolute resistance to aggressive cleaning agents, high-pressure and hot water cleaning. With a measuring range of 50 to 400 mm, the sensor detects objects without making contact, even in haze, dust, condensation or difficult surfaces which are transparent, dark or reflective. The sensor settings can be easily adjusted by IO-Link. The AU102 has a PNP digital output and a scalable analogue output (4...20 mA) as well as an IO-Link interface with standard window and adjustable hysteresis function for precise and flexible applications. Thanks to its compact and hygienic design, the sensor is ideal for demanding, space-critical installations. Maintenance-free, durable and certified according to ECOLAB – for maximum reliability.
