The AO704 retro-reflective sensor is suitable for detecting transparent objects such as glass, film, PET bottles and transparent packaging. It is used in combination with a prismatic reflector. Once the sensor has been adjusted to the object at the touch of a button, the sensor reliably detects transparent objects and films using red light. Alternatively, the parameters of the sensor can be set via the IO-Link interface. The high IP67 protection rating enables use in all typical standard factory automation applications.Technical data AO704
