AL009Laser distance sensor ultra precision

Description

The AL009 laser distance sensor detects the smallest components to the nearest millimetre with a maximum range of 300 mm. The excellent reflection resistance and background suppression along with the high excess gain ensure reliable functioning, irrespective of the shape and colour of the object to be detected. The applied PMD technology delivers outstanding results at every installation angle and puts conventional photoelectric sensors in the shade. The measured distance value is clearly shown on an adjustable 2-colour display. The sensor has two switching outputs and the distance can be additionally output via IO-Link. The compact design with standard M18 thread in a compact stainless steel housing enables installation in confined spaces and harsh environmental conditions. The clearly visible laser light of laser class 1 as well as the convenient 3-button operation (or optional parameterisation via IO-Link) allow quick and easy setting of the distance sensor.
