Overview
- Miniature sensor with smooth cylindrical design Ø 4 mm and axial 2 m PVC cable with open end and LED switch indicator
- With its very compact design and the 2 m cable, which allows the sensor to be guided out of the confined installation space, ideal for use in confined space applications, e.g. in robotics & handling technology
- sensing range 1.5 mm; non-flush mountable
- Normally closed (NC)
- Protection rating IP67
Description
The AI808 is an inductive proximity sensor, cylindrical design, with a diameter of 4 mm and an axial 2 m PVC cable output. The sensor is installed non-flush, is a PNP-switching NC and has a sensing range of 1.5 mm.The miniaturised design with a short length of 30.2 mm allows it to be installed in the smallest spaces. The advantage of the PVC cable ø3.1 mm is that it can be fed outside of the confined installation area and can easily be connected/pre-assembled. The sensor is therefore ideal for handling technology, robotics and is also suitable for other applications which offer only little space. Thanks to the high protection rating of IP67, reliable operation is guaranteed even in very harsh environmental conditions.
