Description
The AE001 current sensor with IO-Link interface can measure, evaluate and save the power consumption of machines. The measuring range up to 100 A is designed for mains voltages with 50 Hz and 60 Hz mains frequency. The sensor is powered by a separate 18-30 VDC supply voltage via the M12 connector. The measurement data is output via a scalable analog output (4-20 mA) and the IO-Link interface.In the voltage-free systems, the measuring conductor is fed through the opening of the sensor and fixed with the terminal. The diameter of the wire must not exceed 11.4 mm. The sensor is then installed directly in the switch cabinet using clip mounting. The electrical connection is made via the M12 plug connection.
The AE001 current sensor enables condition monitoring by monitoring the power consumption of machines and cross-system cost reduction by avoiding peak loads (peak shaving). The sensor can be parameterized via IO-Link and used in a variety of ways in different systems. The measurement data can also be read out as a histogram and diagnostic information from the sensor via IO-Link.
With the AE001 current sensor, operators are revolutionizing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their industrial systems in the long term. Thanks to IO-Link, it can be easily integrated into IoT and cloud environments.
