Description
With a response sensitivity of 2.8 mT at a travel speed of >10 m/s, our cylinder sensors for T-slot cylinders are perfect for packaging, handling and special purpose machine building construction applications. The retention clip for easy adjustment / mounting and the 3-wire connection technology allow a particularly quick and reliable set-up. The cylinder sensor can easily be inserted into the slot from above.Our large range of adapters allows mounting sensors to all kinds of cylinder types.
Cylinder sensors are used for position detection of pistons in pneumatic cylinders. They are directly mounted onto the cylinder. The ring magnet attached to the piston is sensed through the housing wall of non-magnetisable material (e.g. aluminium, brass or stainless steel).
